## 12. Parser-Killer Rules (WHAT NEVER TO DO)

1. **NEVER use `{% if x != blank %}`**:
   - In JW Language, **always use `{% if x != '' %}`**. The word `blank` may not resolve in the template parser and evaluates incorrectly.

Before finalizing any `.jw` section, verify each requirement:

- [ ] **File Order**: Header &rarr; `{% set %}` &rarr; `<style>` &rarr; `<section>` &rarr; `<script>` &rarr; `{% rules %}`.
- [ ] **Outer Wrapper**: Has `id="jw-section-{{ section.id }}"`, `data-xx="1"`, `data-bl="{{ site ? 0 : 1 }}"`, and `background{{ sc }}`.
- [ ] **Inner Container**: Has `data-id="{{ section.id }}"`.
- [ ] **Conditionals**: Strictly use `!= ''` (NEVER `!= blank`).
- [ ] **Editable Blocks**: Have `data-jw-block` and ``.
- [ ] **Block Fallback**: `{% default %} {{ render_block(block) }} {% endswitch %}`.
- [ ] **Themes & Apps**: Appended to schema `blocks` only. NEVER included in `presets.blocks`.
